And the Massachusetts system is teetering on the brink....now we will have a national system teetering on the brink.
More change you can believe in eh?
If you can't stand behind the troops, at least, stand in front of them!
Some people are like a Slinky: They aren't good for anything except making you smile when you push them down the stairs. |

From article;
The government would provide subsidies for the poor and many middle-class families, but those who still refuse to sign
up would face penalties.
You know without asking, included in the poor description would be the illegal's who would be using the medical care
facilities in the country, It would come under the same principal as it is now- Medical care is required to be given to any who show up at a ER at any
facility receiving government/tax payer funds.
The uninsured illegal could receive all the fines of $1,000.00 the government wanted to appraise them with-
Take my word-They aren't going to pay it,
Its a waste of money to them when they can get a liberal government and the American tax payer to pay their medical care cost for them. Auto insurance is also required in states but the experience I've had, never met an illegal driver that was carrying it.
If told they owe money, They can always hide out or head back for cover to whatever home they have south of the border. Only to
turn back up ready to start the game all over again.
From article;
Sens. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Mass., and Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., said in a letter to colleagues that
their revised plan would cost dramatically less than an earlier, incomplete proposal, and help show the way toward coverage for 97 percent of all
Americans.
Irish Cottage controversy
In February 2009 Kevin Rennie, a columnist at the Hartford Courant, ran an op-ed concerning Dodd's acquisition of his vacation home in Roundstone, Ireland. [54] The article alleged that
Dodd's former partner in buying the home had ties to disgraced Bear Stearns
principal Edward Downe, Jr. who has since been convicted of insider trading by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
[55] After
paying an $11 million fine for his role in the scam, Downe later obtained a pardon in the
waning days of the Bill Clinton administration. The controversial pardon was
granted after Dodd lobbied Clinton on Downe's behalf. [56] Dodd's letter to the President said "Mr.
President, Ed Downe is a good person, who is truly sorry for the hurt he caused others,"[57]. After Downes' pardon, Dodd bought out the
interests of his partner for a price allegedly based on a 2002 bank appraisal of the Roundstone home, which yielded little profit for Dodd's
partner.[58][59] Rennie criticized Dodd for claiming the
Roundstone home was worth less than $250,000 in Senate ethics filings; some observers estimated the likely value in excess of $1 million USD.
[60]
In June 2009 Dodd provided a new statement to the Senate reporting the actual current value of his Irish property at $658,000. [61] The Wall Street Journal later compared this issue to
the ethical charges which led to the political demise of Alaska Senator Ted Stevens[62]
Are we really going to take these two guys words for anything or believe them ? Kennedy's been sick for over a year and
off work ?
How can he be telling the people anything ? This information would be coming from whoever is sitting in for him making any
decisions. We don't even know who it really is.
Dodd-if he isn't even sure about how much his vacation home in Ireland cost-
How can he be trusted to know how much his health plan would cost the people that would be paying the majority of the
premiums.
I have a problem with any purposed health plan where the names Obama-Kennedy-Dodd- are involved .
Then add onto them the names Michelle Obama and David Axelrod who have had past allegations involving them and the medical
world. I just can't trust any of them after their histories are known.
Some of the history above and below is only a small portion of reported involvement.
Then we have to remember Hillary Clinton is also part of the group.
They've all shown where their loyalties lay,and it isn't with that 70% of Americans workers who pay the bills for a lot of the world.

They are going to model it on the Massachusetts plan which is self destructing. These morons are clueless! I think it is unconstitutional but hopefully, it
will get stalled in the Senate.........well.........maybe?

Nope. They already plan to being in the two Sicko's to vote if they have to use an ambulance.
Freedom is not a word.
It is a concept. It endures like the human spirit. Eternally.

Here is the insanity. The uncovered folks in reality (after subtracting those already eligible who choose not to get ins, those illegals who are counted and
those between jobs and coverage) are about ten percent. So, for ten percent of the folks we are going to screw up a wonderful system. More change idiots can
believe in!
